บริษัท เฟอร์นามิค จำกัด ("บริษัท" หรือ "เรา") ให้ความสำคัญกับการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
นโยบายฉบับนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และเปิดเผยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่านอย่างไร เมื่อท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์ของเราหรือติดต่อเรา
ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 ("PDPA")
1. ผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
2. ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่เราเก็บ
เมื่อท่านกรอกแบบฟอร์มติดต่อบนเว็บไซต์ เราจะเก็บข้อมูลดังนี้
- ชื่อ-นามสกุล
- เบอร์โทรศัพท์
- LINE ID (หากท่านระบุ)
- ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโครงการ ได้แก่ ประเภทงาน พื้นที่ งบประมาณโดยประมาณ ระยะเวลาที่ต้องการ และรายละเอียดเพิ่มเติมที่ท่านกรอก
- ภาษาที่ท่านใช้งานเว็บไซต์ และบันทึกการให้ความยินยอม
นอกจากนี้ เมื่อท่านติดต่อเราทาง LINE โทรศัพท์ อีเมล Facebook หรือ Instagram
เราจะได้รับข้อมูลที่ท่านให้ไว้ในช่องทางนั้น เช่น ชื่อบัญชี และข้อความที่ท่านส่งมา
เราไม่ได้เก็บข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลที่มีความอ่อนไหว เช่น ข้อมูลสุขภาพ ศาสนา หรือข้อมูลชีวภาพ ผ่านเว็บไซต์นี้
3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย
- ติดต่อกลับ ให้คำปรึกษา และจัดทำใบเสนอราคา ตามที่ท่านร้องขอ — ฐานการดำเนินการตามคำขอของท่านก่อนเข้าทำสัญญา และฐานความยินยอม
- นำเสนอบริการและผลงานของบริษัท ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความต้องการของท่าน — ฐานความยินยอม
- บริหารงานลูกค้าและปรับปรุงบริการ — ฐานประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมายของบริษัท
- ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย เช่น กฎหมายภาษีและบัญชี เมื่อท่านเป็นลูกค้าของบริษัท — ฐานหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล
เราไม่ขายหรือให้เช่าข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน เราอาจเปิดเผยข้อมูลเท่าที่จำเป็นให้แก่
- พนักงานและทีมงานของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการของท่าน

ผู้ให้บริการระบบที่ประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา ได้แก่ Netlify, Inc. (ผู้ให้บริการเว็บไซต์และระบบรับแบบฟอร์ม)
และผู้ให้บริการอีเมลของบริษัท
- หน่วยงานรัฐหรือบุคคลอื่นเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
5. การส่งข้อมูลไปต่างประเทศ
ข้อมูลที่ท่านกรอกในแบบฟอร์มจะถูกจัดเก็บบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ Netlify ซึ่งอาจตั้งอยู่นอกประเทศไทย รวมถึงสหรัฐอเมริกา
เราเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลที่เหมาะสม ตามที่ PDPA กำหนด
6. ระยะเวลาการเก็บรักษา
เราเก็บข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบฟอร์มติดต่อไว้ไม่เกิน 2 ปี นับจากการติดต่อครั้งล่าสุด
หากท่านเป็นลูกค้าของบริษัท เราจะเก็บข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสัญญาและเอกสารทางบัญชีตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด
เมื่อพ้นระยะเวลาดังกล่าว เราจะลบหรือทำให้ข้อมูลไม่สามารถระบุตัวตนได้
7. สิทธิของท่าน
ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิดังต่อไปนี้
- เพิกถอนความยินยอมเมื่อใดก็ได้ โดยไม่กระทบการประมวลผลที่ได้ทำไปก่อนหน้า
- ขอเข้าถึงและขอรับสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน
- ขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลให้ถูกต้องและเป็นปัจจุบัน
- ขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล
- ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูล
- คัดค้านการเก็บ ใช้ หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูล
- ขอให้โอนย้ายข้อมูลไปยังผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลรายอื่น
- ร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
ท่านใช้สิทธิได้โดยส่งอีเมลมาที่ sales.admin@furnamic.com
เราจะตอบกลับภายใน 30 วันนับจากวันที่ได้รับคำขอ
8. การรักษาความปลอดภัย
เรามีมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยที่เหมาะสม เช่น การส่งข้อมูลผ่านการเข้ารหัส (HTTPS)
และการจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลเฉพาะบุคคลที่จำเป็นเท่านั้น
9. คุกกี้และการจัดเก็บข้อมูลในเบราว์เซอร์
คุกกี้เพื่อการวิเคราะห์ (ขอความยินยอม): หากท่านกด "ยอมรับ" บนแถบแจ้งเตือนคุกกี้
เราจะใช้ Google Analytics ของ Google LLC เพื่อเก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานเว็บไซต์ในภาพรวม เช่น จำนวนผู้เข้าชม หน้าที่เข้าชม
ช่องทางที่เข้ามา ประเภทอุปกรณ์ และการกดปุ่มติดต่อ (LINE โทรศัพท์ อีเมล และการส่งแบบฟอร์ม)
ข้อมูลนี้ไม่ได้ใช้ระบุตัวตนของท่าน เราตั้งค่าให้ย่อหมายเลข IP และไม่ใช้เพื่อการโฆษณา
ข้อมูลอาจถูกประมวลผลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของ Google ในต่างประเทศ หากท่านกด "ปฏิเสธ" เราจะไม่โหลด Google Analytics เลย
ท่านเปลี่ยนใจได้ทุกเมื่อโดยล้างข้อมูลเว็บไซต์ (คุกกี้และ localStorage) ในเบราว์เซอร์ แถบแจ้งเตือนจะแสดงให้เลือกใหม่อีกครั้ง
ข้อมูลที่จำเป็นต่อการใช้งาน: เราบันทึกค่าภาษาที่ท่านเลือก สถานะการปิดหน้าต่างประกาศ
และตัวเลือกเรื่องคุกกี้ไว้ในเบราว์เซอร์ของท่าน (localStorage) ข้อมูลนี้ไม่ถูกส่งมาที่เรา
เว็บไซต์มีการใช้บริการของบุคคลภายนอก ได้แก่ Google Fonts และแผนที่ Google Maps
ผู้ให้บริการเหล่านี้อาจได้รับข้อมูลทางเทคนิค เช่น หมายเลข IP ของท่าน ตามนโยบายความเป็นส่วนตัวของผู้ให้บริการนั้น ๆ
ลิงก์ไปยัง LINE, Facebook และ Instagram จะพาท่านไปยังเว็บไซต์ภายนอก ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้นโยบายของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
10. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย
เราอาจปรับปรุงนโยบายนี้เป็นครั้งคราว ฉบับล่าสุดจะเผยแพร่บนหน้านี้พร้อมวันที่มีผลใช้บังคับ

Privacy Policy

Furnamic Co., Ltd. ("the Company", "we" or "us") is committed to protecting your personal data.
This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you use our website or contact us,
in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

2. Personal Data We Collect
When you submit the contact form on our website, we collect:
- Full name
- Phone number
- LINE ID (if provided)
- Project information: project type, area, estimated budget, required timeline and any additional details you provide
- The language you used on the website and a record of your consent
When you contact us via LINE, phone, email, Facebook or Instagram, we also receive the information you share
through that channel, such as your account name and messages.
We do not collect sensitive personal data, such as health, religious or biometric data, through this website.
3. Purposes and Legal Bases
- To contact you, provide consultation and prepare quotations at your request — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, and consent
- To present our services and projects relevant to your needs — consent
- To manage customer relationships and improve our services — our legitimate interests
- To comply with the law, such as tax and accounting obligations if you become our customer — legal obligation
4. Disclosure of Data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may disclose it, only as necessary, to:
- Our employees and team members working on your project

Service providers that process data on our behalf, namely Netlify, Inc. (website hosting and form handling)
and our email service provider
- Government authorities or other parties where required by law
5. International Transfers
Contact form submissions are stored on Netlify's servers, which may be located outside Thailand, including in the United States.
We use service providers with appropriate data protection safeguards as required by the PDPA.
6. Retention
We keep contact form data for no longer than 2 years from your most recent contact with us.
If you become our customer, we keep contract and accounting records for the period required by law.
After that, we delete or anonymise the data.
7. Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal
- Access and obtain a copy of your personal data
- Have inaccurate data corrected or updated
- Have your data erased or destroyed
- Restrict the use of your data
- Object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
- Have your data transferred to another data controller
- Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee
To exercise these rights, email sales.admin@furnamic.com.
We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
8. Security
We apply appropriate security measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS)
and limiting access to personal data to people who need it.
9. Cookies and Browser Storage
Analytics cookies (with your consent): If you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, we use
Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to collect aggregate website usage data such as visitor numbers,
pages viewed, traffic sources, device types and clicks on contact buttons (LINE, phone, email and form
submissions). This data is not used to identify you; IP addresses are anonymised and the data is not used for
advertising. It may be processed on Google's servers outside Thailand. If you click "Decline", Google Analytics
is not loaded at all. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data (cookies and
localStorage) in your browser, and the banner will appear again.
Essential browser storage: We store your language choice, whether you have closed the
announcement pop-up, and your cookie choice in your browser (localStorage). This information is not sent to us.
The website uses third-party services, namely Google Fonts and Google Maps, which may receive technical data
such as your IP address under their own privacy policies. Links to LINE, Facebook and Instagram take you to
external sites governed by each platform's own policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will be published on this page with its effective date.
